This was made because I had a teammate whos family discouraged her from persuing her dreams because they said it wasn't "realistic" and that she needs to think of a more "realistic" career path. This made me so upset because she now believes in her heart that she could never do the dream job she has always wanted, and won't try because of the deep-rooted belief. I was always encouraged to follow my dreams and passions and it kills me when people believe others self doubt and take that onto themselves.
